Entries in sidebar - "read more"-link?

Hi,

using the great plugin "Show entries in sidebar" I miss a "read more"-link in my sidebar-entry. Because this link exists when reading the text in the normal page-entry-layout.

Did I mess up something while installing this plugin - or does this plugin not feature a kind of "read more"-link?

If not: Could anyone give me a hint how to alter the plugin-code for to get this feature?

Thank you for your help! :-)

Matthias

Hi!

The plugin puts a link to the entry inside the title. You can click there to read the full article.

Hi Garvin,

thanks for your reply. But sorry to say so, I did not mention "serendipity_plugin_recententries" but the "serendipity_plugin_showentries".

Couldn't there also be a link inside the title?

Thank you and regards

Matthias

Hi!

The plugin comes witha plugin_showentries.tpl file. You can adapt this to add a "read more" link like the entries.tpl file does.
