Maybe someone know the answer,

When i make a new post in the blog i get see the html tags like < br > etc

how can i disable this

Hi!

Might be because you've got the WYSIWYG editor enabled? You can only post HTML raw code if that's off.

The other option is that you installed the "XSS Trust" plugin which marks all your postings with HTML entities.
