need help uploading images from my media library

I no longer can upload image files from my media library to a new message. What do I do? I was able to do this up until recently.

Can you upload images to the media library? Can you reference existing images in new entries? Or are you having trouble with the form that allows you simultaneously create a new image and add a "quick post" for it?
