I'm curious to see if anyone knows how to use the banner ads for the adsense plug-in. I can do the towers, but there's no place to put the plug-in for a banner ad since I have both a left and right sidebar and the middle plays the disappearing act since it's for the main eidtorial of he blog. By the way, the plug-in is AWESOME and is so much easier than going through the google site! Plus I find the large tower fits on the page better with the plug-in.

Thanks for any help!!!

Kim

Hi!

You can check the "HTML Page Nugget" event plugin from s9y (available through spartacus), there you can place HTML code in the middle section. Also, of course, you could edit it straight ahead into your index.tpl template file.

that doesn't work

The middle section is not visible on the page, so although I can put a nugget there it's useless.

Hi!

Hm, I don't really understand the problem - can you show your URL?

I think she wants the add to be top middle instead of on the sides. When installing the plugin choose to have it on one sidebar or the other works but when a plugin is placed in the middle it hides it. I always thoguht it was for plugins that you wanted to hide.

Hi!

Bizmal, but I was speaking of the "HTML PAGE Nugget", not the usual "HTML Nugget". The page nugget is an event plugin which can be placed in the middle section through its configuration.

Sidebar plugins can ALWAYS only be placed into the SIDEBARS, never into the content area. That's the sense of SIDEBAR-plugins. :-)
