Hi, I'm using bex 01 theme, and i want to hava a .swf header.

And i want:
to change the go button of the poll and the button from select a categorie.
the date in the title - Date: and than the title..
a picture behind the title

Hopefully someone can help me with one of these questions...

You'll need to edit the template files like index.tpl and entries.tpl for that. Have a look at those files, and the technical docs on www.s9y.org.

From the admin screen, click on configure plugins, then install a new sidebar plugin, you'll find the HTML nugget in this list.

As for images behind the title, you need to add the image to the title tag just like you did with the sidebar title
