After I install it as a plugin, I get the following message:
Notice: Permission denied in /home/u4/berggreencapital/html/cblog/bundled-libs/PEAR.php on line 848

Hi!
Your server seems to be firewalled, no outgoing socket connections can be issued. Please talk to your server provider to ask how your server is allowed to connect to outgoing HTTP connections.

Which HTTP do I tell them to allow?

Hi!
The mirror you configured (by default netmirror.org).
Also you need to allow HTTP to every server you else want to connect to (like if you use the amazon plugin, or the technorati plugin, or whatever else).

They ask for 'outbound connection' and 'IP address'?

Hi!
Yes, that's netmirror.org. They can resolve the IP themselves.

Tell your host that you need 212.227.94.132:80 and 212.227.94.132:21 opened up. I do not believe s9y uses port 21, but it cant hurt to open it up.
When a network admin asks for the outbound connection it is the port (80 and 21 in this case). The IP address is the address on the server that the domain name resolves to.
There is a reason that most hosts do not use outbound firewalls. It just confuses most clients.

Thanks, got that working.
Only problem is that all the plugins go into the right sidebar. How can I change the location of the plugins to left, top, whatever?
