Is it possible to disable HTML in entries ?
e.g. to avoid <script>alert("You are hacked!!!")</script>
from suspect authors ?

Yes, for this you can install the plugin "Options for trustworthy editing on multi-user blogs" (serendipity_event_xsstrust) via spartacus.
