Hello,
I searched the forums and read an article about older php versions not allowing your script. I was just wonder if the error I'm receiving is also related to that problem.
PHP installation
Operating system
Warning: php_uname() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/furball1/public_html/blogger/include/admin/installer.inc.php on line 104
My site is being hosted on http://www.x10hosting.com/ (free Hosting)

I installed another script sucessfully: Name: PluggedOut Blog script

Hi!

Does the installer abort then? The php_uname() thing is just a security restriction, but it should not matter. Do you get other errors?

It seems your provider is being really strict about PHP, so it might not be the version that'S problematic but the restrictions your provider put for you.

Sadly I have never heard of your hoster, so I can't say anything about it.

Regards,
Garvin
