hallo, i just set up serendipity 1.2...everything perfect and fine so far.

i installed the RSS/OPML Plugin and it works fine with the RSS i integrated so far. now i'd like to a another RSS to my sidebar, but this feed is in the ATOM format. you can find the feed here:

is there any solution and/or tip how i could implement this feed into my sidebar? A workaround or a plugin which supports ATOM ?

thank you all for some help.

This is some real out of the box thinking, but you could use feedburner to convert the ATOM feed into RSS. I use feed burner for my externally available feeds, but I see no reason that it wouldn't work internally.

hey, thanks for the tip... I know linked to feedburner, which converted the ATOM into RSS. so everythink is working fine. but anyway, maybe anybody knows another more clean & simple solution to that problem.

but at least it works... thanks for the hint!

Hi!

Sadly the internal s9y library (Onyx) ist deprecated and no longer developed. It does not support Atom.

Using magpie is not an option for our internal s9y class, because its license is not compatible.

So I'm sorry, but I see no easier solution than the one Zac offered.

Regards,
Garvin

Hello,
I tried this tip, but my block looks still blank....
http://alejandrolengua.info (look below of NOTICIAS DE VIRTUAL ORBIS).
The Feedburner URL I tried was http://feeds.feedburner.com/virtualorbi ... format=xml
