Themes - Where to download?

Hi,
perhaps I missed something but
http://www.s9y.org/29.html#A7 does not point to a valid page.
Where can I download additional themes if not from the Plugins/Add-Ons page?

i have a skin for MT3.x,how can i use it in serendipity?i am very like it.

The skin section had to be temporarily removed because the wiki system we use has serious security bugs and causes the webserver to go down.
The plugins page is up again, but the themes section will take some time as we're migrating to mediaWiki.

then,how about using MT skin in Serendipity?

You cannot use MoveableType skins in Serendipity if they are not properly ported. We do bundle a few MT-skins, so you can choose from all we bundled.
If we did not bundle your favourite MT skin, you need to create your own style.css which mimicks the MT skin. You'll need CSS and HTML knowledge for this...
