Hi,
My website = www.thejokers.nl

When someone creates a account with the User Self-Registration-plugin, they reveive a email. I receive a email too. I have to activate their account. Is it possible that I dont have to activate accounts?

Hm, no, usually the link that people get makes them authorize themself!

But you can configure that confirmation mail in the plugins' options (sidebar or event plugin, I don't remember).

That's how it is! Register yourself, you should get a mail like:

"Hi user, you have registered yourself. Click this link to proceed: Balbla".

Where? When I take a look at the User Self-Registration plugin configuration, I only can change two settings:

Check the other plugin, there are two related to that functionality. Event and sidebar.

Another question about this plugin.
When you register you receive a email: I dont want to send the http://www.thejokers.nl/weblog/serendipity_admin.php link in a email, but you HAVE to. When I delete the %s in the langfile, the activationlink disappears. How can I send the activation email without the serendipity_admin.php link, and WITH the activationlink....?

(sry for crappy explainaition)

Sadly you cannot remove one %s with keeping the other. You might be able to replace %s with something like $1%s for proper variable substition, but that's a bit more complex. Because all %s are expected by the PHP code to be in the same order.

I spend two hours yesterday, but it doesn't work.
When someone registers himself, they have to go the the group called 'registered'. But when you are registered, you can post entries. I tried almost everything....

Is it possible to move registered user to a specific group?

You must configure the group "registered" so that they have no access for "adminEntries". You might even set "Right to create entries" to "no".

But the don't move to the group 'registered'. I don't know which group they move.
It works when I manually move them to the group 'registered'. But when someone register themselves, they don't automatically move to the group 'registered' and I don't know which group they actually move.

You can configure the initial group they are put in through the configuration of the "Self User-Registration" plugin!

As I wrote a lot earlier: THERE ARE TWO PLUGINS! A SIDEBAR AND A EVENT PLUGIN. *gg*

The GROUP CONFIGURATION is found in the other plugin, the one of which you didn't post a screnshot of.

That's the wrong plugin! The right plugin is called "User Self-Registration", you are looking at the plugin "Authors login".
