missing iManager icon

I have successfully installed the TinyMCE plugin.
I have additionally installed iManager, but the TinyMCDpanel shows no icon for iManager.

I have edited the config.inc.php
I have copied and renamed tinyMCE 2.05_editor_plugin.js and tinyMCE 2.05_editor_plugin_src.jst to editor_plugin.js and editor_plugin_src.js and put them into:
/plugins/serendipity_event_tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/imanager

Then I've set up the serendipityplugin for TinyMCE to enable imanager and the buttonbar 3 is supplied with imanager.

Then why is there no icon in the panel???
There are no js-errors in the sourcecode of the page.

Can anyone advice me here?

I missed to put imanager in the text-field in the serendipity-plugin page.
I thought it was ok just by clicking the radiobutton.
Now I've put it into the plugin-field as well, and everything is fine.
