Nuggets with JS formatting bad

I am not sure where to turn on this. I have no problem with JS script in any of many sidebar NUGGETS except with what makes me money. 
Blogads.
I was using FCKer editor and they worked in FF but indented twice to the right in IE, second time with bullets, pushing part of the ads out of view.
FCKer editor bombed on me and locked up the blog so I went to default HTMLarea. It was all the same UNTIL I went to those nuggets with the blogad JS and SAVED. Now FF and IE are the same but not only do they both step to the right twice, but all the internal formating is gone.
In MY blogads forum with 100 other blogs running the same scripts none have heard of my problem, most of them are WORD PRESS or BLOGGER.
With this issue of editors I thought maybe it would help someone push me in the right directions. Blogads says I am the only one in the world this happens too.
