Plugin Links not working?

I get weird errors when I click on any plugin link:
Does anyone else get this error at the moment?Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /viewcvs.py/php-blog/additional_plugins/.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
