Need help with embedding progressive flash video

Hello,
This is not related much with serendipity but I will put the video in my blog. What I wanna do is to enbed the progressive flash video in my blog and I want the video screen clickable. While the visitor watch the video or after the watch the video, I want them be able to click the screen that lead to another website. Anyway to do this? I only know the code to put the video in blogs but no idea how to make the screen clickable to other websites
