Error when creating a trackback:

"Trackback failed: The auto-discovered trackback URI does not match our target URI."
(there is some rdf, but is there something wrong with the rdf used?)

So i did like it was said here:

I tried to use the manual plugin:
1. I made sure the link-entry was deleted from the references-table in the DB
2. I entered the URL in the textfield "Additional links to trackback"
(i tried it with the checkbox "Send Trackbacks to links found in the entry" disabled AND enabled)
3. I still get the same error-message.

Anyone got a clue, why it's not working? the trackback-plugin should send a trackback, and not care about wheter the rdf is correct, right?

Please try this:

1. Delete the references-DB table for that entry.
2. Inside your entry, do not link to http://www.heike-scholz.de/2007/07/04/m ... -reporter/ (WITHOUT the /trackback/ at the end)
3. In the manual trackback box, you enter the link http://www.heike-scholz.de/2007/07/04/m ... trackback/ (WITH the /trackback/ at the end)

Then you save the entry, and it should work. If it still doesn't, try to first save the entry as draft, and then save it as 'publish' again.
