Pavatar?

I'm thinking about adding
Pavatar functionality into the Gravatar plugin.
As I am new to blogging: Is Pavatar used in the real world, or does nobody know this?

Hmm.. WordPress is supporting it, so I think you are right, we should support it, too.
I personally like the Pavatar mechanism most for automated showing avatar pictures for commentors..

I added Pavatar. And because I was in a generous mood, I even added MyBlogLog.com avatars.
And it is possible now, to configure the order the avatar services will be tried and wich services should be tried.
One thing is missing, I realy would like to have, too: All central server based services (Gravatar,MyBlogLog) give back an image always, even if they don't have one relating to the commentor. I would like to detect this too, to be able to even fallback further.
At the moment the order Pavatar -> Favatar -> Gravatar ist working, but as Gravatar
looks like beeing successfull always, you can't probe something after Gravatar. Gravatar -> Favatar -> Pavatar isn't of any meaning, as only Gravatars will be shown then.
At the moment version 1.7 is available via Spartacus, I guess tomorrow it will be 1.8 (minor enhancement) and the day after tomorrow it will be 1.9 (another small enhancement, thanks to El Burro!)
