Hi,
is there a plugin available for various Instant Messaging services
like ICQ, AIM, MSN ?

Thought of a sidebar plugin with different images on the connection status or some plain text.

If I am connected to ICQ, AIM but not to MSN it shows this:

Option 1 (text):

ICQ status: connected
AIM status: connected
MSN status: disconnected

("connected" should be clickable with a link to your IM service id/number/profile)

Option 2 (graphics):

ICQ status: imagefile "green thumbs-up"
AIM status: imagefile "green thumbs-up"
MSN status: imagefile "red thumbs-down"

Hi!

I think there are free javascript things you can show there with a simple HTML nugget. ICQ for example offers simple javascripts that you could use...I think there are services for others as well.

found a service who provides this online status for free
with basic HTML code.

It can be found on this site.
