I deleted the plugin from the "configure plugins" section. However I still can't figure out how to make Spartacus do anything!? Really, is there a "launch" button? Should the executable be in the Administration Suite? Do I use the "configure plugins" part of the Admin Suite t6o tell Spartacus what file to get?

Hi!

Actually, what kleinerChemiker said doesn't make it properly work.

When you delete the plugin via the admin interface, only the instance is deleted. The files are still there. And then spartacus doesn't refetch them.

You now have two options.

USING SPARTACUS:

1. Since you already have uninstalled the plugin, you can delete its directory via FTP. Delete the plugins/serendipity_event_google_analytics directory and all of its files.

2. Now enter the plugin manager frmo s9y. Click on the link "click here to install an event plugin". Now you should search for the "analytics" plugin on the following page. It should have an icon with an arrow next to it, which means "fetch via spartacus". Click on that icon, and files should be downloaded.

3. Now you can configure the plugin properly again and it should work.

USING FTP:

1. Since you already have uninstalled the plugin, you can delete its directory via FTP. Delete the plugins/serendipity_event_google_analytics directory and all of its files.

2. Download http://spartacus.s9y.org/cvs/additional ... lytics.zip and unzip the file. Upload the resulting files to your serendipity blog into the 'plugins' directory.

3. Now enter your plugin configuration manager, click on "Click here to install an event plugin", choose the google analytics one and then configure it, and it should work.
