I believe cpanel gives you a list of referrers to your site. Not sure about exit links though. Most webhost would have cpanel + awstats installed. Have a look at the stats there. It tells you stuff like where your visitors are from (down to countries), are they referred by a search engine and the keywords they search on, and other interesting stats.
