There's a special manipulation or a button to put a link in a picture ?
click on media to add a pic from the media library or use the URL and IMG buttons.
if you select a pic from the media library this screen shows up:
Well its easy now.
The screen might look a little different if you use a WYSIWYG editor, but the idea is the same.
