Blog doesn't work since attempting to upgrade

Hey!

I hope someone can help. I attempted to upgrade my blog from 0.7 beta 3 to 0.8.2. I downloaded the file, unzipped it, and then copied all of the files up replacing all of the existing files. Now all I see is error messages. My blog is at:

Hi,

Did you send all of the directories, too? It looks like the includes directory might not be where it should be...

Well, I THINK so - I left them in the "serendipity" directory - should they go somewhere else?

It looks like it's working now...You just need to go to your blog and let it go through the upgrade process....

It is - thanks for your help. I ftp'd the files up but my ftp program is wierd and I wound up copying some of the directories to the wrong folders ( I need a more intuitive ftp program). Thanks for the help!
