Search nor working with russian in Serendipity 0.9-alpha3

Search (default plugin) working correctly with english words - and absolutely not working with russian words.

Hm, maybe it's a MySQL problem? Did you check if your input is UTF-8, and if your MySQL tables are UTF-8 and returning the right results? Maybe UTF-8 characters get not correctly escaped?

I'm sorry, I'm not familar with non ISO-8859-1 characters...

changed charset to win, database also supports it.

there are some database bugs (like incorrect sorting of russian words), may be they are in the root of this problem...
