Hi!

Your mysql database username, password or host are wrong. Maybe your server admin or someone else changed the access information, you need to contact your provider or check the file serendipity_Config_local.inc.php if it contains the exact right credentials.

I've got the same problem.

The mySQL error was: Access denied for user 'serendipity'@'www.pocketbinaries.com' (using password: YES)

It will not take a any password on the set up screen and it always returns password: YES

Then your password must be wrong. Maybe someone changed the password...
