test new guestbook version 3.20

Hi

Is anybody out there who would like to test a new version of the guestbook plugin?
While upload to forum does not work for me, please send download request and comments per private message.

- This edition adds backend administration and now supports moderation to guestbook entries.
- Therefor it adds a new database table field 'approve' and adds a config set 'showapp' to true or false (default is false).
- Changes will affect old entries to be set as approved
- Lang constants en/de were changed and added
- and some more
