Admin area - Comments

Hello,

In the comments section of the admin area, there is, for every email and url, a little key on the right. I have been unable to find how to use them? If I click on it, the color of the key change from white to red. What else happens? How to undo whatever was done?

If you click on it, it will add the name and/or URL to the spam block plugin banned list.

I found the answer by updating the database, but is there an easier way to do it ?
