Cannot get into my blog

I was Installing some plugins, when suddenly I got this error:

No I cannot get into my admin page,

What kind of webserver are you using? This message does not come from Serendipity...

it is a vms server

Please ask your VMS server admin and point him at the error.

I did it, but I'm afraid they don't know very much about blogs systems, as they are university admins.

It is not a bug with Blog systems, it is a bug with their Server and PHP.

It can happen with any application. It is not Serendipity related.

Sorry for that, but your server admins need to act, there is a bug with their Server+PHP.
