and under it have every post in this time order: last one on top
like this:

Hi!
Yes, this is called "Sticky Entry" and supported by Serendipity when you activate the event plugin "Extended options/properties for entries", then create your blog entry as usual and check the checkbox "Sticky Entry" in the options section of when you edit/Create the blog entry.
