I just did a fresh install and when I try to login from a remote machine I am directed to "http://localhost/serendipity/serendipity_admin.php"
If I edit the paths via the admin from the server the blog stops working altogether.
login takes me to "http://localhost/serendipity"

Hi!
If your blog should work from a remote machine, you should always use the remote URL for all s9y password/setups. And also, make sure to disable the "Autodetect HTTP-Hostname" option in that case.

Garvin
