Images Don't Upload even though it says they successfuly did

I add images, select the images from my desktop, hit go. It says they successfully upload, then the images are no where to be found at all. They are no where in manage images.
I am using IE 7.

Whcih serendipity version?

When you use FTP to connect to your blog, are the files there in the uploads/ directory?

In the s9y configuration, did you enable or disable the use of imagemagick?

I don't know which version. It is just through the provider I signed up through, when I clicked create a blog page it takes me to the Serendipity admin page. This is what it says at the bottom of the webpage "Powered by Serendipity 1.3 and PHP 5.2.9 "

I did not enable or disable anything.
Images used to upload just fine - then they just stopped uploading.

I don't connect through FTP. Don't even know how or have an FTP utility.

I am not real familiar with how to use this program. I never changed settings or anything. It just worked, then the next time I signed on it didn't and I was doing the same exact thing as before when it worked.

Hi!

You will then sadly need to contact your provider to sort out these issues. We can only give support here when you have access to your Serendipity installation because without access, it's really hard to tell what's happening.

If your provider can give you FTP access, or maybe try it out himself, or contact us here on the forums, I'm sure we can work it out together.
