(remove) my error :~

Post by chiriqui »

(1)I use to be able to resize photos, but not anymore
(2)I use to be able to review 8,16,50,100 photos/page in under a "media option" but not anymore

I lost these features since upgrading from an older version.

Is there something I have install now with the latest version to re-establish these features?

thank you :(

edit: S9Y 1.5.1 is performing the 2nd issue, and probably the 1st issue but I wanted to comment before I went any further testing S9Y 1.5.1 # (2) is definitely adding more to the page as i change the number but the sizes of the photos were not being re-sized as far as I could tell. I expected to see postage stamped sizes. Maybe that takes more photos in the media library.

#(1) I'll still must re-access if it is reducing the size of a photo. I can do this before posting and have told those with the permission to add media to do so but there is always the photo the slips by and gets loaded that's too big.

I apologize making the posting, it was premature of me

With Garvin and his magic crystal ball, you never know -- but I guess you're gonna have to provide more details and info for anyone to solve this puzzle. For starters, you should at least name the version numbers involved in your upgrade.

(But no, you don't need to install anything. It should work just the way it did before.)

Hi!

Also screenshots would be nice to understand what you mean.

Maybe you withdrew your user editing capabilities for images? Check your usergroup membership, and if that usergroup has all "adminImages*" permissions.

Garvin
