New to Theme Developing for Serendipity.

Where is the best place to start to show what all you can do in serendipity and its system, other "blog software" seems to have a wiki for this sort of stuff showing what commands can be used etc..

Is there by any chance something like that for Serendipity?
I plan to create a theme from scratch via using a template I made in photoshop, very simplistic but powerful.
