Freetag plugin code changes: help

I cleaned up the code of displayEntry(), changed relatedEntries to be alway emitted if it's enabled and extended_smarty is enabled and added the classes.

I just did a very quick test run, looks good. Thanks. I'd say: "Commit", but I guess I'm not in a position to give that order

I could commit it. Tested it myself and it seemed to be stable. Let's try it that way: We both have a second look at it, see if it works, and if we come to the conclusion that everything is ok and Garvin don't say that I should wait I will commit it.
