1.
I'd like to use SVN to manage my local s9y installation files instead of downloading and extracting from a .tar.gz file. However, it seems that S9Y doesn't use SVN 'tags' any more ( http://svn.berlios.de/svnroot/repos/serendipity/tags/ ). Thus I would have to checkout either from trunk or branches. The latest code in trunk is for v1.5 alpha2, which is not a nice choice for production; branches? I suppose its main purpose is for code development but not for releases.
My suggestion is to start using SVN tags again so that we can easily know that what we checked out is current stable release 1.4.1 but not 1.4.2 or 1.5alpha2.

K. I tried to download my favorite template 'Brown Paper' through spartacus. It seems that most files downloaded have a size of 0 bytes. (by using s9y.org as spartacus). I wish it could be fixed.
Thanks.

Re: bug(s): svn tags & template download through spartacus
Hi!
Yeah, due to time constraints I only really use branches. Our trunk is always quite stable, so we have no use for tags in there. I tried to tag our releases as well, but it became a bit too tedious for me.
If anyone wants to maintain tags on our SVN, I'd be happy to have that and I could give out SVN access for that.
Each major release has a branch, so you can use the brances for that?

s9y.org was an experimental mirror, it does not fully work. Please use netmirror or SF.net.K. I tried to download my favorite template 'Brown Paper' through spartacus. It seems that most files downloaded have a size of 0 bytes. (by using s9y.org as spartacus). I wish it could be fixed.
