Hi,
I dont seem to be able to allow registered or any other than administrator to make new entires on the blog. Is this intentional (dont think so according to options) or is it just bugging? Through "Manage users" or "manage groups", nothing seems to work.
If i remember correctly, at 1 point i.e. my chief editors were able to post new entires :/
Allowing users to make new entires
Re: Allowing users to make new entires
It depends on the initial settings you set for new users in the plugin's configuration. Also, make sure you check the rights for the group new users are assigned to. Those are way more important than the user levels, which are more or less just there for backwards compatibility.dasq wrote:I dont seem to be able to allow registered or any other than administrator to make new entires on the blog. Go to "personal settings" and make sure this option is enabled: Rights: Publishing entries?
Is this user allowed to publish entries?
Is this user allowed to publish entries?
