FTP problem

hello,
its a long time i did not use my blog: http://kavo.mnml.nl/blog/
wanna change my layout through ftp total commander client.
i am not sure with "Host name:"
was looking here on forums, did not find anything..
anybody to help me with?

You should be able to get the correct ftp access data from your webspace provider. (In fact, you should already have them, unless you didn't install s9y yourselves.)
