ok... i do not know if this is a bug or not. i am using the Zeus web server and php 4.3.11, mysql 4.1.10a, Centos 4.
i installed s9y OK, and the comment link for each entry worked in the beginning. after i change themes, added a few entries, and customized a few plugins... the links to the comments page for the entries begin to fail... and pages are not found... for all entries!
i need help on this or is it considering a bug?

It seems to me that you enabled URL Rewriting but your server doesn't support it. Go to your admin and set URL Rewriting to "None".

i had rewrite disabled...
after a few tries of re-installing and configuring the plugins.. i found what the problem was. it was a bug with the "email Entry" plugin. after installing this plugin the links to comments, etc., simply fails to work properly. after uninstalling this plugin everything was restore to function...
