Hello,
I'm trying to get the Podcast plugin to function correctly and I'm not having much luck. I followed the instructions for the FLV player but any FLV that is posted either directly from the admin side of from an email is posted as just a link. I put the player in:
/plugins/serendipity_event_podcast/player
renamed player.swf to flvplayer.swf
Then tried uploading a flv, linking to a flv file and emailing in an FLV but all I get is a link in the entry. I'm sure it's an easy fix but I'm just not seeing it.
What about other formats? Can they be played inline within the post?
Overall, I really just want a user to be able to experience on the fly along with having the content downloadable.
I'm probably going to mainly aiming for itunes users and other other aggrigators so I suppose MPG (maybe x.264) would be the best format for video and mp3 for audio. Any advice on that would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Derek

Hi!
What's your URL? Which other event plugins do you use? How did you configure the podcast player plugin exactly?
Regards,
Garvin

Re: Podcast Plugin - FLV and media files
Sorry, been busy but I got media work and may also have found a bug. I posted what I found in the bugs section.
Thanks,
Derek
