Comment display problem

Post by polysyllable »

I posted a comment onto my blog - running by serendipity 0.8 -
the comment posted is displayed like the sequence of
such characters like ampersand + sharp + numerics.
The main text is written in Korean language and it is displayed properly.
Only comment is displayed like that. I tried to solve this problem by
changing web browser encoding method to UTF-8
from Western European(ISO). Comment still does not display properly.
Anyone knowing the solution for this problem? If some little hacking on
sourcecode is needed, it is welcome for me to listen!

Which language did you setup in your Serendipity Blog? Are you using the English Language or Korean Language?

Sadly I don't have many clues about using foreign charsets with Serendipity, but you should try to set everything to UTF-8 and not ISO.
