After updating to the latest release of Serendipity my blog was distorted, bceause off using a default template.
Now my own template is back and running again, but the search icon is missing. Instead off the graphic only the ALT-text is being displayed.
When checking the gfx-path I can see that it leads to a template which doesn't exist anymore on my server.
Where is the path to this icon defined so I can change it ??=
Location for search icon ?

Re: Location for search icon ?
Hi!
What Icon do you mean? Your URL to see that would help us a lot.
How did you update your SerendipitY? It sounds very much like you did it wrong and not according to the FAQ on www.s9y.org.
Regards,
Garvin

Hi garvinhicking,
the URL is www.nerd-blog.de .
I've updated my installation by following the readme but unfortunately the design was - however - partly replaced by standard elements.
The icon I mean should be found left of the search field in the upper right corner. Instead off the icon you should see the ALT-text: "Search picture".

Check your template, most of the entries use Mr-Nerd, but the quicksearch is referencing ../bex01/img/... which does not exist under the template directory.

Hi!
I would simply search for "bex" inside all of your files.
Most probably, index.tpl will be the file.
Regards,
Garvin
