need help!!!config in UTF-8 code but contect output"???

i was happy to found this blogphp,but i got a trouble with the language problem,hope somebody can help me plz!

when i input a new entry in chinese language and apply,all of the chinese words display in"??????????????????" .(there is no problem in review!)

i have selected the language in traditional-chinese(UTF-8) in my configure and personal sitting ,it can display chinese language correctly in administartion interface,but it can't display the right language in post!

who knows the problem of why??????
and how to config??

Which browser do you use?

What is your URL?

Which database type and version do you use?

In your s9y configuration, did you enable the option "Use database charset conversions"?
