How to update to .8?

I am still pretty new to this so please be gentle

I have been running 0.7.1 for some time and it has been doing fine. I would like to upgrade to 0.8 now. I have seen many things about install problems, but none about how to actually install. I have searched and have either missed it or just don't get it. Could someone pint me in the direction of where instuctions are for this or help me out. I also looked on s9y.org and only found stuff for the initial install.

Please read http://www.s9y.org/63.html and the notes on "How to upgrade".

It's really easy if you make sure the mentioned files are writable and the other requirements are met, noted in this section.

Feel free to report back if you face any issues.

Thanks for the info, it was just what I needed, I have run the upgrade and it is working like a charm.
