freshy 2 theme need help in getting side bar on bothsides it is at the moment at left side bt i want to be on both the side please can any only help me?? please???

I just installed Freshy 2 on my sandbox to check it out. You can have two sidebars, but they both go on the right, side by side. It's how the designer created the theme.
You can change it, of course. Just go to the templates/freshy/index.tpl file and move one of the sidebars over; probably just moving the leftsidebar div before the content div will give you what you want.
You'll also need to put plugins on both sides. A sidebar with no plugins is not displayed. Just go to your Serendipity admin, click Configure Plugins, drag some plugins from the right side to the left, and click Save. Then revisit your blog to verify that you've got two sidebars.
