logged in as Administrator and can't add anything

When I log in, the Serendipity Administration Suite only shows:

Frontpage
Back to Weblog
Logout

I can't add users, entries, etc.

Help!

Hi!

You are using Serendipity older than 1.3 and might have cut yourself the "Right: Forbid creating entries" option?

Check these entries:

In serendipity 1.3 this has been changed so that it can not happen anymore. Upgrading to 1.3 however will not solve the issue, you first need to get yourself the privileges again.

I have no idea what to do. I don't know how to use SQL or PHPadmin.
