My Hosting Provider installed the Blog for me and everything works I suppose BUT I get only a white screen with black letters and no style, template, I even picked a theme but nothing is showing.

Hi!
Please go to your administration panel (http://blog.hogalumni.com/serendipity_admin.php) and there, go to the configuration. Check your configuration for the "hostname", which is currently set to "hogalumni.com" but MUST be set to "blog.hogalumni.com".
Then the styles and links should work properly.
