I have about 1600 entries listed but only about 1200 actually exist. Most were deleted because they were YOUTUBES that have been removed from Youtube for one reason or another...
Is there a way of RE doing that DB so it eliminates the missing entries and recounts them or something? And if so, would that change the links of all the others when I get lots of residual traffic from the past?
And, would there be reason to delete any more that no longer have the videos playable? Wouldnt the TITLE still be good for SEO? Rather than nothing being there at all?

The question is: Why do you want to do that? There's no need. It's in the fundamentals of database design that deleted primary keys do not get "shifted backwards".
