missing Archives directory

Hello,

I'm trying to do a new install of 1.3.1 but I'm not getting an Archives directory when I extract the files. I've tried both the full and lite versions with no luck. Any ideas?

Hi!

Check if the program you use to extract the archive also extracts empty directory. Some programs do not. But you can create the archives directory manually on your server, it does not contain any files.

btw, I had tried both WinZip on a PC and Stuffit on Mac. Didn't realize they had that limitation.
