updating 1.1 > 1.3

Im on 1.3-lite now with s9y thin template and facing a problem.
When i want to post a new entry i fill in everything but i cannot find the Hide from frontpage and i cannot click on Advanced Options what am i doing wrong?

Those options are available from the Extended Properties for Entries event plugin..... is that installed?

got it sorted out everything.
Well 1.1 -> 1.3 was a nightmare for me had to get a clean install from 1.3 scratch.
