Chef Jason Gronlund, of McIlhenny Tabasco, was interviewed at the 2008 RCA Annual Conference. Chef Gronlund discusses the flavor dynamics of Tabasco and how it lends itself as a multiple layer in many food applications. The website is the only view I am having problems with. When I preview in Serendipity everything looks great. I have no code writing experience, but have been given the task of maintaining this blog.

I had the same issue the other day, thought I figured it out, but it is happening again.

Can anyone help?

Are there any classes available to take to make this easier for me to use?

Hi!

What's your URL? Sounds like a charset issue.

Also it could be related to markup plugins or your WYSIWYG editor. Which event plugins do you use?

Hi!

It seems you are using an embedded s9y installation with custom headers, where you set ISO-8859-1 language. I could not find your "real" serendipity installation so I cannot check what your blog's charset is set to.

Go to the s9y configuration screen, go to "ConfiguratioN" and please check if you set the charset to ISO-8859-1 there as well. If it mismatches your HTML charset, the problems you face arise from this.

The list of event plugins can be found also in the admin section "Configure Plugins".
