i've been around the net for sometime to find out the right solution for my web page. finally i found the Serendipity which i thought would be the best choice for me.
i know that we can integrate html and javascipt codes to templates but i wonder if i can also integrate flash animations to the templates.

You can definitely use flash - lots of serendipity sites do so. You might start by using the search feature for "flash" and see if any of the existing threads can get you started.

Nothing wrong with wanting more than "a blog". But you need to start with one of the existing templates that seems to offer the best potential for your objective. Then decide what that template does NOT offer then ask for assistance to achieve your objective!!
